Mr. Rajinder Khurana
Mr. Rajinder Khurana is the esteemed Director of Icefeel Mount LLP, renowned for developing luxurious residential properties in Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Uttarakhand.
Born in 1965, Mr. Khurana holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from MD University, Rohtak. He began his professional journey as a banker with Punjab National Bank in 1988, where he worked for sixteen years before transitioning into real estate. In 2004, driven by a desire to contribute to national development, Mr. Khurana established a small-scale brokering and construction business.
His economic acumen and extensive network facilitated the growth of his business, leading to the founding of Wonder Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. with Mr. Neeraj Babuta. The company
specializes in high-end residences, with notable projects including a plotted colony under the Deen Dayal scheme in Panipat and the ambitious Maxvel Residency in Dehradun.
MR. ADIT JAIN

A dynamic and driven professional who has recently joined the construction business after completing a Masters in Business Management. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Adit has already made significant strides in the industry.
Adit Jain is spearheading an ambitious residential high-rise project in Sector 32, Rohini. This development will encompass approximately 5 lakh sq.ft., featuring 26 stories, 123 3BHK apartments with a size of 2450 sq.ft. each, and 6 luxurious penthouses sized at 4900 sq.ft.
